How much does shipping cost?
Over £100 - Free UK delivery
Standard (3-5 days Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £4.50
Express (1-2 days Royal Mail Next Day) - £6.50
International (within E.U 5-7 days) - £14.95
International (outside E.U 7-10 days) - £20.95
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We offer internation shipping all over the world.
If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund, excluding postage.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@periodicalpowers.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you where to send your package.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain the proof of posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected).
When will I get my order?
We aim to fulfil all orders placed before midday the next working day.
We offer Standard Tracked Delivery (same as Free Delivery for all orders over £100) which will be sent out with Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery and generally takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours), which generally arrives 1-2 days after being sent out.
International shipping times vary depending on location, please get in touch if you'd like more information.
How do you sizes run?
All of our styles are in a relaxed, loose fit. If you are between sizes, customers usually find they can size down and still have a comfortable fit, especially in our jumpsuits. You can find our UK/EU/US size chart here.
What fabrics do you use?
Our ranges are made from 100% cotton. The cotton we use has an open weave, which makes it very breathable and gives it a lovely texture - giving it a similar appearance to linen (without creasing as much!)
We design all the fabrics ourself, in our London-based studio and they are all screen printed on the cotton in small batches and often limited runs.
Are they machine-washable?
Yes, everything is machine-washable at 30 degrees or cooler.
