All our fabric prints are hand-drawn by Roma in her London studio, then brought to life in Jaipur, where artisan makers screen-print each piece as part of the Periodical small-batch, slow-fashion range. These joyful prints may feature the occasional imperfection—a hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and ethical production. Roma started the brand while searching for clothing that looked cool but also felt comfortable during her period, as she suffers from bad period pains. Getting dressed sometimes felt overwhelming, and she would often resort to wearing all black. Wanting to make a change, she started to design happy prints that brought some joy to getting dressed and these giant tote bags are the easiest way to add a pop-up of colour to any outfit.
