Heating or cooling?
Neither! Most people describe it as a tingling sensation that lasts for the first 30 minutes once you apply the patch. After that it does its thing and helps takes the edge off! Unlike hot water bottles the ingredients release over a 12 hour period.
Ingredients
These Monthly Patches are made from natural plant fibres and contain a proprietary matrix arrangement of Menthol and Eucalyptus Oil, enveloped with an adhesive made from tree sap. It is a naturally derived medical-grade polymer blend and contains no nasties.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our Monthly Patches are registered with the Vegan Society; being completely cruelty-free with no nasty-animal derived ingredients.
Uses
Front, back, legs, breasts - you can use them wherever you need to; all day, or all night - or both! All you need to do is place it directly onto your skin and the natural adhesive will do it’s work for up to 12 hours, so you can tackle your day (or night)!
Breastfeeding
When it comes to breastfeeding, there is some anecdotal evidence to show that menthol can reduce the amount of milk produced. While that can be great for engorgement, it's not the intended purpose so we'd stay clear until breastfeeding is over.
Removal
Make sure that you always remove the Monthly Patch with warm water. You’ll need to do this to loosen the strong, sticky adhesive that is made to last for up to 12 hours.
It’s simple really, you can either remove these patches whilst in the shower or bath, at the end of your day or just before your day - or take a damp cloth and pat the patches until it is damp and peels off easily. This is a requirement, not a recommendation. It’s a monthly patch, not a wax strip ;)

Most high street clothing brands are generating huge profits from unethical production that are often poorly made with synthetic materials.
We have been working directly with the same family tailor in Jaipur, since starting the business in 2020, who make the majority of our collections. All the staff are fairly paid with regular hours and time-off in place.
We visit our tailors regularly, working directly with the artisans to cut out the middleman so you get the beautiful quality without the inflated price tag.
We’re also a small, independent business without the huge overheads or crazy marketing budgets, so you know that you won't find hand-drawn fabrics and limited-edition designs for prices like ours anywhere else.

Standard delivery: 3-5 days via Royal Mail 2nd Class - £4.50
Express delivery: 1-2 days via Royal Mail Next Day - £6.50

International Orders
Within the EU: 5-7 days - £14.95

Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped to the USA, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the Republic of Ireland, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout - there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
For all other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by customs on arrival. These are outside our control and are payable by the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. During busy periods, such as sales, when we're handling a higher volume of orders than usual, processing may take a little longer - but we'll always work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as we can.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.
* Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
* Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to our studio.
* Return Fee: Please note that each processed return will incur a £2.95 return fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

Exchanges
We want you to love your item! We offer one free exchange per order, meaning we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item out to you.
